WorldFilmPost is the world’s first PIXEL ART Directory of all things related site for film, TV and movies. It gives film enthusiasts and organizations the opportunity to promote their film club or films and even website thus helping increase awareness to their organization or traffic to their website. WorldFilmPost.com is also created for individuals who want to simply post their favourite film logo or poster. It is a Fun, Graphic and Interactive way to put your presence on the World Map.

Fast Facts … a pixel is the smallest information in an image. A mid-size notebook screen page consists of approximately 1,000,000 pixels. For a reasonable viewing of your image or logo, the minimum recommended size is 10x10pixel, or 100pixels.

Your personal stamp or insignia, company logo, your favourite movie star, your favourite film screen shot, and things related to the world of Film Entertainment.

Qs: What image types and sizes can I use?

Your image can be in GIF or JPG format (although the recommended is GIF), and the file size must not exceed 300KB.

Qs: Where to Post?

Anywhere on the ‘land’ area of the World Map, so long it is not on ‘water’, ‘lakes’, and not straddling between two country borders, or over another posted image or logo.

Qs: What I cannot do on World Film Post?

- You cannot purchase pixel across borders of countries but you can buy adjoining /adjacent blocks
   on a separate transaction.
- You cannot purchase pixel over ‘water’.
- You cannot post over a ‘land’ area where an image or logo already been   claimed by others.

Qs: What happen if I select over the water and cross border?

A message will prompt you to do another selection, or move to another area.
Hint … the suggested size for your logo is 20x30pixels, ie, 600pixels, or (2 squares by 3 squares) on the WorldFilmPost map. Of course you are free to choose a bigger area, but hurry before all the ‘land’ area gets taken up.

Qs: What happen if I am unable to make a selection, or get stuck?

… Relax, this is fun Pixel Art, you are free to experiment putting your logo or picture and moving it anywhere until you are happy with your selected area.
Hint … You can always use the back button anytime to revert to your previous selection, or Esc button on your Computer.

Qs: How much?

It is only USD1 a pixel (One US Dollar). Each block on the WorldFilm Post is 100 pixel, or 10x10pixel in dimension. One square cost USD 100.

Fast Facts … at only One Dollar a pixel, a typical posting of 600 pixel will cost USD600. And over a period 5 years, it is a uniquely interesting way of building Global Brand presence online.

Qs: How can I upload/add my logo/poster?

Once you have reserved your block/space, an upload box will appear on the screen, which will then direct you to the page wherein you can browse and upload your image.

Qs: Will I be charged for payment if I posted my images the WorldFilmPost during this session?

No, you will not be charged for payment until you proceed to the final Payment page, and successfully made your payment.

Qs: How do I pay for the space?

WorldFilmPost uses Paypal.com for payment transactions and it accepts all major credit cards.

Qs: For how long will the posting be?

… WorldFilmPost will be up for a period of 5 years, till 1 June 2015.

Qs: How do I link World Film Post to my website and vice versa?

After you upload your image, and you fill in your URL It is automatically linked to your website. To link from your website to World Film Post, fill in the relevant info in Your Profile page and you will be linked automatically.

QS : How many URL links am I allowed?

You can place up to 5 URL links on your Profile page.

Qs: Can I change my post details (eg. logo, poster)?

Yes. Just go to the My Account section if you want to change your post details like URL, post name and image.

Qs: What else do I get for posting on WorldFilmPost?

On top of securing a place on the World’s first Pixel Art Film Directory, you get a direct link to your Webpage, that tracks the number of hits to your URL. You also get a personalised Profile page
where you can edit and exchange views, news and even videos as part of the Global Film Community.
